Job Summary:

Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all documentation for real estate development projects, including architectural plans, along with revision structural & MEP drawings approval, design briefs, infrastructure drawings along with contract related documents.
Ensure that all documents are properly filed (physical and digital), backed up, and easily retrievable.
Track document revisions distribute to the concerned.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, legal teams, and other stakeholders for proper documentation.
Implement and maintain document control procedures and templates.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and audit documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and project data.
Support the project team in administrative tasks and file management.
Use document control software or platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) to manage document workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Should have 8 to 12 Years of overall experience and at least 5-8 Years, Proven experience in document control, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of real estate and construction documentation.
Familiarity with document control systems and software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
