Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - IT Campus, Maintenance & Fit out Works

Role Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level professional with strong experience in construction execution, interior fitouts, and asset enhancement works to oversee ongoing repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within our operational IT campus. The role involves hands-on supervision of multiple small to medium-scale works including landscaping, waterproofing, faade repair, and interior refurbishments, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in construction execution, interior fitouts, or campus maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor the Construction works, repair, renovation, and enhancement works across the existing IT campus.
• Manage interior fitout works, including layout modifications, workstation changes, and space optimization.
• Supervise landscaping, waterproofing, faade cleaning, and minor civil & MEP repairs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and facility management teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to company specifications.
• Review and certify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and closure documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for asset enhancement, energy optimization, and space improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders for approvals, updates, and issue resolution.

• Strong execution and site management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in interior fitout coordination, finishing works, and vendor management.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in an operational environment.
• Familiar with MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD for tracking and documentation.
• Team player with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
