Role & responsibilities Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished plastic moulded components as per specifications. Carry out visual, dimensional, and functional inspection Verify quality parameters as per drawings, SOPs, and sampling plans . Identify defects Conduct first-piece approval (FPA) and line clearance before production runs. Prepare inspection reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and rejection summaries . Maintain proper records for ISO and other audits. Support customer complaint analysis and assist in root cause investigations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (Plastic Technology, Mechanical, or relevant field). 2 - 4 years of experience in QC for plastic injection moulding Hands-on knowledge of QC tools & instruments Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and dimensional defects. Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage. Work Conditions: Duty Time: 12 hours per shift. Shift System: Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) .
Role & responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, compressors, dryers, mold temperature controllers, etc.). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic faults. Ensure machine calibration and parameter validation for stable and consistent production. Ensure minimum machine downtime Support installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new machines Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, daily logs, and breakdown reports . Preferred candidate profile Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics . 25 years of experience in maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines . Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, PLCs, automation, and robotics . Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns . Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
