Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Locations: Perambur Chennai

Responsibilities:

Structure/Finishing

Key Roles:

Execute the work as per specification obtain approval from QA/QC engineer.
Maintain quality of the assigned work and prepare checklist.
Prepare subcontractors bill and take approval from PM.
Responsible for the safety of workmen and House keeping of work place.
Record reworks in Rework register and obtain approval of PM.
Record daily production and manpower engaged by the contractor.
Remain at work place ensuring the days work is completed in all respects.
Make sure that all the workmen leave the work place after the days work for safety and security reasons.
Record the measurements for client bill and submit to PM.
Work out material requirement for the project.
Ensure progress of other agencies work in line with civil works.
Mobilize required workmen in co-ordinate with contracts team.
Any other work assigned by PM.
