As an Interior Designer at Interio Mart , you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion. Your role involves creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with client needs, brand values, and budget. Good communication and client-handling skills.
1. Client Interaction & Sales Meet clients (walk-ins, referrals, or leads) to understand requirements, lifestyle, and budget. Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D/2D visuals. Convince clients and close sales by highlighting value, design creativity, and practical benefits. 2. Design & Technical Work Prepare layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Create presentations and design proposals(mood board) tailored to client needs. Suggest materials, finishes, furniture, and dcor aligned with budget and aesthetics. 3. Sales Targets & Business Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (measured in revenue or number of projects closed). Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through walk-ins, calls, and referrals. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business & referrals. 4. After-Sales Service Stay connected with clients during and after the project. Address any concerns, ensure client satisfaction, and ask for referrals/testimonials.
