Role & responsibilities

Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with Statutory regulations. And knowing all the Local

Byelaws

• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines,

application methods, and materials.

• Monitoring the work of other Architectural consultants and making

recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and

helping them interpret design specifications.

• Liaising with Planning authorities/Fire Officers/MOEF consultants to ensure all issues

are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

• Ensuring all the coordination between the team members to achieve set goals and

targets.

• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills

and improve their industry knowledge.

• Explaining design requirements and specifications to Architectural

Structural/Landscape/ MEP consultants /In house teams.

• Involving in the Preparation of Project Scale Models and Walkthroughs

• Check and Guide the External Architects on Calculation of Built -up areas/Saleable

areas/RERA areas

• Knowledge on RERA compliance and Preparing the Date for uploading technical data

on RERA portal

• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

• Providing all the details for Preparing Marketing Brochures and collaterals

• Ensuring all GFC drawings are issued to the site on a Timely manner

• Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

• Researching and inquiring about different materials

• Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks

• Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops

• Help the team in designing the Marketing office/Apartment mock up

• Guiding the Execution team from start to finish

• Presenting project briefs to Marketing/Sales Team
