Job Summary
We are looking for a Safety Engineer with experience in high-rise building construction to ensure implementation of HSE standards, safe work practices, and statutory compliance at site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at site
Ensure safety compliance for high-rise construction activities including formwork, scaffolding, concreting, lifting, and finishing works
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs
Carry out risk assessments, JSA, and daily safety inspections
Monitor work at height, lifting operations, electrical safety, and PPE usage
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with site team and subcontractors to enforce safety norms
Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and statutory registers
Support client, consultant, and statutory safety audits
