Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Pursuing New Business:

Actively seeking out business from Retail clients ( apparel stores / other retail stores, developers for High rise building/ Oil and gas sectors etc ) who require Survey/Architectural Design/Interior design/MEP Designs/PMC/Audit consultancy services. This can involve networking, attending industry events, utilising online resources, and leveraging existing contacts. Those who have worked on

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Developing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within retail organisations. This includes understanding their specific needs, pain points, and project requirements.

  • Presenting Solutions and Proposals:

Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company's expertise in retail PMC design. This involves tailoring the presentation to address the client's specific needs and demonstrating the value proposition of the company's services.

  • Negotiating Contracts and Agreements:

Leading the negotiation process with clients, including pricing, timelines, and contractual agreements, to secure profitable and mutually beneficial deals.

  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:

Working closely with the design team, project managers, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Staying Informed on Industry Trends:

Continuously monitoring the retail industry, including emerging trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape, to identify potential opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Achieving Sales Targets:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquiring new clients and generating revenue.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and providing insights to management on business development activities and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience:

Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the retail sector or PMC design industry.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.

  • Networking Abilities:

Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the retail industry.

  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:

Ability to develop effective sales strategies, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to address client needs.

  • Knowledge of Retail PMC Design:

Understanding of the design and project management processes involved in retail projects, including experience with relevant technologies and software.

  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented:

Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets with minimal
