Assist with client presentations, competitions, and business development opportunities. Contribute to the advancement of firm-wide standards, tools, and best practices. Engage in talent strategy including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of future team members. Support risk mitigation by understanding contract obligations, legal considerations, and financial impacts of design decisions. Identifies and effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases. Manages time and workload of own work efforts and those of others to meet project task deadlines and commitments, with occasional interaction and direction from Project Leadership. Proactively checks and coordinates project documents for compliance with the projects technical requirements. Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at an overall project level. Produces, coordinates and/or oversees presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models and animations. In collaboration with team members, develops a clear and consistent work plan to achieve the project budget, deliverables, and schedule. Contributes to the implementation of sustainable strategies in all project assignments and the associated development of staff knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institute. Minimum 3 to 8 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Candidates must have strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric and rendering software, and Adobe Suite. Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
