Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Support site execution, conduct site visits, and resolve design-related issues
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements
Prepare presentations, layouts, and design reports
Participate in project meetings and design reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture
3–4 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site execution
Knowledge of local building bylaws and approval processes
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
3D visualization and rendering skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project timelines
