Position: Sr. Sales executive and Sales Executive
Exp - 3 to 7 year of exp in Real estate Industry
Job Location - Project in Balewadi,Hinjewadi,Tathawade
Purpose of the role
- Educating the customer about the various aspects to consider while purchasing a new home, explaining the product features and design philosophy of the Rohan home, and helping him/her identify the most appropriate unit by understanding his/her requirement.
- Understanding customer demographic & Psychographic profiles and provide feedback to Marketing team for better targeting.
- Assisting customer in final handover of the unit by co-ordination with various internal departments
Key Responsibilities
- Giving a presentation of our Project in a way the customer is able to visualize the entire project properly.
- Showing and explaining the design philosophy and product features with the help of the Mock-up Flat or other collaterals.
- Explaining in detail the Specifications.
- Explaining pricing, payment schedule and banking option to the customer as per his requirement.
- Providing detailed and timely information to customers post their site visits to enable them in their home-buying decision making.
- Co-ordinating with Engineering Site team regarding checking of flats with the help of quality team for smooth and hassle-free possession of flats.
- Handling customer queries throughout the duration till customer takes possession.
- Maintaining long term relationship with customers to generate referrals.
Role towards Marketing:
- Periodic survey of other projects in the vicinity. Market survey on parameters including unit plan, amenities, specs, pricing, sales velocity, inventory type and availability, CP slabs, etc.
- Provide feedback to marketing team on customer profile, content on our digital platforms like google ads, FB & Instagram posts, landing pages, Chatbot, Hoarding locations, etc based on what will matter most to customers.
- Provide feedback to presales manager and team on their discussion with the customers over the phone calls & WhatsApp.
Represent company in Exhibitions and Events.
Role
- Building relations with channel partners
- Attending their customers and coordinating with them
Participating with Manager for presentation of respective project at CP Office.
Role
- Sharing inputs which will help (a) target customers better (b) improve conversion ratio of site visits (c) Pricing the product to maximize profitability while maintaining healthy sales velocity.
- Entering detailed data, timely and accurately, to enable generation of accurate reports to help in timely and better decision making.
Role
- Coordinating with CRM team for Agreement process as per the Company SOPs to ensure smooth agreement process experience for the customer.
- Sending Booking forms and cheque to CRM in timely manner.
Role
- Checking drawings prior to submission for approvals and giving feedback based on customer requirements to ensure the product will be the best possible product for the target customer.
Role
- Being updated regarding new banking offers and financial schemes.
Acting as a mediator between banker and Customer to achieve smooth transition till the
first loan disbursement is done, and on an as-required basis post the loan disbursement.
