Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion . ¢ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved. ¢ Prepare and review construction drawings, working drawings, and detailed specifications. ¢ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approvals. ¢ Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. ¢ Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations using MS Office tools . ¢ Mentor junior architects and guide the design team.
