Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservation - Front Office specialist in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, reservation management, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and guest services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell hotel services and packages.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems, procedures, and protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all aspects of work.
