Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team at Taj Lakefront. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain high service quality standards.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in reservation management within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex customer situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and software applications is essential.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
