Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservation Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage reservations, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and reservation systems is required.
  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
