About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate R&D Executive to join our New Product Development team in Mumbai (Worli). You’ll play a key role in researching, developing, and launching innovative bakery products that delight our customers and keep us ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market trends and propose new product ideas.
• Develop and test recipes for bakery products, including fruit fillings, glazes, and related ingredients.
• Conduct lab trials, pilot batches, and support production scale-ups.
• Maintain detailed documentation for formulations and trials.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
• Provide technical support during trials and commercialisation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of R&D/NPD experience in the food industry, preferably bakery.
• Practical experience developing fruit fillings, glazes, or similar products.
• Good knowledge of bakery processes, ingredients, and production equipment.
• Creative, hands-on problem solver with strong documentation and communication skills.
