About the Role


Business Development Executive


What You’ll Do


Lead Management & Sales Conversion


  • Work on

    daily leads provided by the company

    , ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion.
  • Generate your own leads through market visits, online research, references, cold outreach, and local business mapping.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right SwissBake products.
  • Conduct

    product demos, sampling sessions, and sales presentations

    to drive interest and conversions.


Client & Partner Relationship Building


  • Build strong relationships with

    bakery owners, café operators, cloud kitchens, chefs, and purchase managers

    .
  • Collaborate with

    distributors and channel partners

    to support order flow and market growth.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closing → after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, logistics, accounts) for smooth on-boarding and issue resolution.
  • Track repeat orders, customer usage patterns, and product movement.


Market Visits & Territory Management

  • Be

    open to traveling within your assigned region

    for client meetings, sampling sessions, and distributor visits.
  • Gather on-ground insights on competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Represent and strengthen the SwissBake brand in your territory.


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–3 years of sales experience

    , ideally in FMCG, bakery, foodservice, HoReCa, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners, chefs, purchase managers, and distributors.
  • Comfortable with

    field work

    , daily assigned leads, and self-generated business development.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and confident in managing independent sales responsibilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
