Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Research Analyst to support strategic planning, product direction, market research, and competitive intelligence. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to gather, interpret, and communicate insights that inform business decisions, product design, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research across industries and technologies, collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and developments in areas such as SaaS, Web3, AI, and digital infrastructure.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and operational metrics to derive insights that support business growth.
• Create structured reports, visualizations, and presentations for cross-functional and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with departments including product, marketing, operations, and technology to align research with organizational goals.
• Support benchmarking efforts, internal audits, survey analysis, and preparation of pitch decks and strategic materials.
• Maintain research documentation and ensure data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, analysis, or consulting (internships or project experience accepted).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional report-writing tools.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to present complex findings effectively.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Pune office.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with tools such as Statista, Crunchbase, SimilarWeb, Tracxn, or Google Trends.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of SaaS models, product lifecycles, startup ecosystems, or blockchain technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
