Key Responsibilities: - Lead engineering teams effectively to achieve project goals and organizational objectives - Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization for successful solution delivery - Mentor and support team members" professional growth, conduct performance reviews, and identify improvement opportunities - Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and optimize team productivity - Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices for high-quality solution delivery Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java, Angular, and microservices architecture with exposure to user behavior analytics - Collaborative experience with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA in Agile sprints - Customer and team centricity with a proven track record of delivering against business priorities and sprint goals - Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels - Leadership skills with a strong background in IT software development, analytical thinking, and problem-solving - Experience with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Jenkins, Performance Tuning, and problem-solving - Strong experience in solution design, knowledge of patterns, and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient systems Additional Details: The role is based in Pune.
