Job Description

As a Release Train Manager (RTM), your role involves leading and coordinating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within complex programs. You are tasked with providing strong leadership, effective planning, and clear communication to deliver value in Agile/SAFe environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Communicate with stakeholders to deliver timely updates, share risks, issues, and progress, and promote transparency and alignment across teams. - Drive scope clarity, set goals for each release, break down work into manageable components, lead estimation, allocate work, and plan sprints. - Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines during Agile/SAFe planning and execution. - Track and monitor progress across teams, identify and escalate risks and blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and releases. - Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all delivery aspects, build strong relationships, encourage collaboration across teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in the Capital Markets or BFSI domain is highly desirable. ,
