About the Role:

Release Train Manager (RTM)

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Communication:

• Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate risks, issues, and progress effectively.
• Foster transparency and alignment across teams.

Agile/SAFe Planning & Execution:

• Drive scope clarity and goal setting for each release.
• Break down work into manageable components.
• Lead estimation, work allocation, and sprint planning.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Tracking & Monitoring:

• Monitor progress across teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and releases.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all aspects of delivery.
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Domain Expertise:

• Prior experience in

  Capital Markets

  or

  BFSI

  domain is highly desirable.
