Job Description

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Understand client requirements and provide financial solutions aligned with their goals.
Manage client portfolios, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products to maximize client value.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless client service.
Identify opportunities for business growth through referrals, networking, and market insights.
Prepare reports on client interactions, business development, and revenue generation.
Ensure exceptional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Minimum
8 years of experience
in client relationship management within banking, investment, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record in managing HNI/corporate client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
