HR / Job Description Position Relationship Manager Location Branch Reporting to Branch Head Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees ) None Specific Responsibilities • Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts. • Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues. • Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS. • Ensuring work on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients. • Responsible for Cross sell LI/ GI/ HI/ Bonds/ NCD/MLD/Gold only direct acquisitions (No distribution through remissers) • Managing relationship with Existing clients & enhancing advisory • To generate revenue from New Acquisition and mapped existing clients Specific Authorities No specified Authorities Key Performance Indicators Revenue (Equity Broking-Online/Offline*+TPP Revenue)-Qtr wise milestones (Rs) (40%) New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts - Qtr wise milestones (No) (15%) r Internal Dealer / CSE / Equity Advisor Personal Attributes Good Interpersonal skills Good communication and convincing skills Sound knowledge of market Fast learning ability Formal Qualifications Graduation Interested candidates can share their updates resume on greeshma.jayakumar@relianceada.com or can contact on 8779040237
