Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager – PMS & AIF to join our Noida office. The role focuses on expanding our investor base across HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices, and raising AUM for our PMS & AIF products.

As part of our asset-management vertical, you will collaborate closely with the Trading, Compliance, Finance, and Risk Management teams (Noida HQ) and support strategic fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, and Family Offices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investors, offering product insights and periodic portfolio updates.
• Manage long-term investor engagement to drive continuous AUM growth.

AUM Raising & Product Pitching

• Drive fundraising for PMS & AIF strategies with a strong focus on performance-led positioning.
• Showcase a strong understanding of MF/PMS/AIF offerings with prior AUM-raising experience.

Compliance & Process Coordination

• Work closely with the Noida office’s Compliance & Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, onboarding forms, and investor communication logs.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in PMS / AIF / Wealth Management / Private Banking.
• Strong personal network of HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, IFAs.
• Proven and demonstrable track record in AUM raising (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, PMS/AIF structures, and product regulations.
