Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet client needs.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client complaints and concerns.
