Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development And Revenue Generation:

  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to ensure a smooth &  transparent sales process.
  • Track leads  and  opportunities, providing real-time  insights  into  sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Adapt sales approaches to align with  market conditions  & customer demands.
  •  Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards
  •  Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  •  Develop and  implement sales processes to improve  efficiency  and effectiveness
  •  Develop and maintain documentation for sales technology platforms and processes.


2. Client Communication and Maintain Relationship:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding 
  • Serve as the main point  of contact for clients, addressing  any  inquiries  or concerns.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and events.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Offer  tailored services that address client requirements, fostering long-lasting relationships.
  • Explore and promote value-added services to registered users in an event inside sales.
  • Make a bond with new clients and offer/customize services.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.


3. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and supervise a team of graphic designers, social media managers, content creators, and business development executives.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.

  • Provide creative input for digital branding, visual aesthetics, and content strategies.

  • Conduct regular and weekly team meetings and performance reviews to optimize efficiency.

  • Set targets and KPIs for each team member to ensure productivity and goal alignment.

  • Ensure daily workflow tracking, performance monitoring, and regular reporting.

  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth team coordination.

  • 4. Elite Services


    a. Industry Networking & Work Opportunities for Kids

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, media houses, fashion designers, and brands.

    • Act as a talent promoter, ensuring kids enrolled in elite services get work opportunities in advertisements, print shoots, fashion shows, digital campaigns, and TV commercials.

    • Regularly connect with industry professionals to pitch and promote elite kids' profiles.

    • Research and identify upcoming casting calls, brand endorsements, and modeling gigs.

    • Arrange and oversee auditions, client meetings, and industry collaborations for elite kids.

    • Manage and monitor accounts of children enrolled in elite services, ensuring they receive premium branding, marketing, and industry exposure.

    • Develop personalized branding strategies to enhance the market value of each child.

  • Act as a key point of contact for parents, keeping them informed about branding efforts and industry connections.
