Job Description

Achieve targets: Achieve targets and bring revenue to the company.
Find growth opportunities: Study customer activity to see how the company can earn more.
Support sales team: Work with sales and business development teams to bring in more clients and increase trading.
Set pricing: Suggest proper brokerage charges and fees so clients stay happy and business grows.
Take care of big clients: Build good relations with important clients so they continue to invest and trade.
Follow rules: Make sure all revenue activities follow SEBI and stock exchange guidelines.
Report to management: Share revenue reports and give ideas to improve income.
Know the market: Keep an eye on competitors and new trends in the stock market.
