Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing financial advice to clients, processing loan applications, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of home loans, loans against property, and construction finance
• Sales and business development skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide financial recommendations
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with financial software
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
