Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advice and investment strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves regular client meetings, maintaining and updating client records, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored financial solutions that align with their investment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice
• Strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, and investment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Proficiency in using digital investment platforms and applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
