Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for the following in this role: - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college BDAs, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and other academic stakeholders. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and outreach targets in line with company goals. - Promote company services to colleges and students through presentations, seminars, and meetings. - Communicate effectively in multiple languages to build deeper connections across regions. - Identify new opportunities and channels for collaboration with institutions. - Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services. The key skills required for this role include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in multiple regional languages (preferred: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or others). - Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. - Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently. - Time management and multitasking abilities. - Goal-oriented and comfortable working under pressure. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms.
