Job Description

Doit Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain client records and prepare performance reports

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Customer-focused and result-driven approach

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Ability to maintain and update customer databases
• Familiarity with email communication tools and business software
• Understanding of sales tracking and performance metrics
