Job Summary:

Doit Industries Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Associate to join our Collections Department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable and a B.Com degree. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure timely recovery of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients/customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to recover outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payment status, and customer communications.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to close billing issues.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly collections to management.
• Negotiate and set up payment plans where necessary.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts for further action.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in collections/accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Knowledge of local collection laws and regulations is a plus
