You will play a key role as a Collections Associate at Crio.do, ensuring smooth fee recovery through polite, professional, and empathetic communication. Your approach will involve smart handling, consistent follow-ups, and learner-friendly interactions without resorting to aggressive tactics. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate confidently and clearly, being firm when necessary while maintaining empathy. - Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve learner queries promptly. - Provide recommendations for enhancements to improve collections efficiency and learner experience. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer support. - Proficiency in handling sensitive financial conversations with professionalism. - Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail. - A self-starter mindset with a focus on closing tasks swiftly and accurately.
