Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage loan collection process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
  • Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for immediate attention to minimize write-offs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving collections performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in Loan Collection or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Collections Process, including laws governing debt collection practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
