Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage loan collection process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for immediate attention to minimize write-offs.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving collections performance.
