Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Manager to oversee and maintain relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to drive retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Understand client requirements and business objectives to provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Prepare regular reports on client status and account health. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to meet client needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Meet or exceed sales and relationship management targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
