Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and clients
• Explain Gear Gains’ investment model, returns, and process clearly
• Handle investor onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries and support
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams for updates and payouts
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely communication

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/BBA preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with sales/relationship experience
• Basic understanding of investments or financial products (preferred)
• Comfortable with calls, meetings, and CRM tools
