Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role located in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client portfolios by providing personalized financial advice and investment strategies. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on various financial products, tracking client investment performance, identifying new opportunities to enhance portfolio growth, and ensuring exceptional client service to meet their financial goals. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for different client segments.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management solutions
• Proactive sales and business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and investment management
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for investment services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) are advantageous
• Prior experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
