Job Description: Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Company Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Location: Patna , HOWRAH , INDORE , GUJRAT Number of Openings: 5 Experience Required: 8–10 years in pharmaceutical sales Age Limit: 35 – 50 years CTC: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Transfer Policy: Candidates may be transferred from their base location as per company requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve regional sales targets and ensure business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence. Drive sales performance by managing and motivating the sales team. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs). Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual/team goals. Ensure adherence to sales processes and guidelines. Market Expansion & Customer Relations: Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships. Work closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. Ensure effective territory management and expansion. Monitoring & Reporting: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for inventory management. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
