Job Description

Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years Location: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh Salary: Competitive + Lucrative Incentives Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets. Manage a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives. Strengthen distribution channels including wholesalers and retailers. Monitor secondary sales and ensure product visibility. Conduct regular market visits to assess performance and competitor activity. Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning and logistics. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to optimize sales strategies. Key Requirements : Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
