Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Sales Forecasting
• Strong problem-solving, Analytical, and Decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
• Knowledge of the insurance services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
