Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region.
  • * Manage a team of sales professionals to drive distribution channel sales, modern trade, and general trade growth.
  • * Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and negotiate deals to increase revenue.
  • * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 3-8 years of experience in B2B product sales or business development in the consumer electronics & appliances industry.
  • * MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in International Business or Marketing).
  • * Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving distribution channel sales growth.
