For more info, visit our website: www.coats.com Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Reports to (Title): National Sales Manager Company: Coats India Location: Hyderabad Job Purpose Ensure and support regional sales deliverables. Principal Accountabilities: B2C Sales – channel sales in an open distribution model. Sales and distribution for region (AP and Telangan). Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, category and share objectives. Plan and execute local trade marketing programs. Deliver numeric distribution objectives for direct and indirect distribution. Manage customer payments and debtor objectives. Manage a team of ASM/Sales Executives and Salesforce (11-12 company employees) through resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery. Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team. Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required Dimensions MBA from premier institute. Graduation from any discipline At least 6 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with team management & customer management skills Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments Industry preference FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durables Qualities Team management Analytical Thinking / Data Driven Skills Customer orientation Trustworthy (Accountability, Ownership, Interpersonal Skills, Perseverance) He/She should have managed direct employees of the company At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
