Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Sales Planning Business planning State wise & Region wise Collect inputs and trends from the market to track changes in the customer preferences and trends and changing business scenario Forecast future customer sales and prepare a product wise and customer wise sales plan for the region and ensure forecast vs order placements. Carry out dealer development and new dealer identification and onboarding as per yearly sales target for the region Carry out target setting with business partners in the region to ensure achievement of organizational sales target Region wise formulation of sales / distributor strategy Warranty control Coordinate with all departments to provide fast / quick service to regions/customers Credit Control / achieve target DSO / DOH Annual sales contracts / agreements Periodic sales review meeting with ASOs, regions Marketing and Promotions Build an efficient distribution channel in the region by identifying and developing new retailers and dealers in the region Carry out evaluation and co-ordinate with CRM for onboarding of identified dealers Communicate on a regular basis with existing dealers and retailers for strengthening relationships Increase customer awareness by planning and scheduling of promotional events like Product meets, Garage meets, Retail Meets, Dealer meets and convert orders or pursue opportunities in these promotional activities Travel extensively to regions & different parts of market to be on the ground to increase activities Campaigns for Brand promotion / Sales Preferred candidate profile Experience with Automotive spare Parts. Bachelor degree in Automobile or Mechanical engineering is required MBA degree is preferred 16-18 years experienced in related activities, experiences in Multi-National Companies Experience with Automotive spare Parts. Strong skills for automotive data and databases Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel Capability of working independently, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
