Achieve Sales Targets set for the region – monthly. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities Appoint, train, motivate and advise sales agents/distributors/system integrators/channel partners and coach them, and monitor their performance Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily/weekly and monthly reviews with above channel and to brief leadership about the progress regularly. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due diligence.
