Greetings from NED Energy !!
We have subject opening at Delhi for our VRLA and Tubular Gel Solar Inverter batteries division.
Objectives of this role
* Handle sales of our Solar Inverter Industrial batteries in assigned territory
* Develop Channel / OEM / PSU
* Achieve Sales Targets set for the region – monthly.
* Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach
* Appoint, train, motivate and advise channel partners/ OEMs and coach them
* Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily/weekly and monthly reviews with above channel and to brief leadership about the progress regularly.
* Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due diligence.
Required skills and qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in Solar Inverter battery sales/marketing
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Superb leadership ability
