Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and execute regional sales strategies to drive penetration and revenue.
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and mother-and-baby stores.
• Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.
• Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and expand regional footprint.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive digital, retail, and on-ground campaigns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Dew’s brand values.
  

What we are Looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in Pharma / Healthcare / FMCG (Hygiene or Baby-care preferred).
• Proven success in regional sales management and team leadership.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills.
• Experience working with hospitals, pharmacies & retail networks.
• Proficiency in CRM and modern sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
