Regional Sales Manager

We have subject opening at Delhi for our Industrial batteries division.

Objectives of this role

• Handle sales of our UPS, Inverter Industrial batteries in assigned territory
• Develop Channel / OEM
• Achieve Sales Targets set for the region – monthly.
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach
• Appoint, train, motivate and advise channel partners/ OEMs and coach them
• Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily/weekly and monthly reviews with above channel and to brief leadership about the progress regularly.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due diligence.

Required skills and qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UPS / Inverter battery sales/marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
