Manage distributor inventory, sellout, and timely payment collections to achieve secondary sales targets, DSO and collection plan Deliver gross margin and channel profitability targets Organize and manage the sales force to implement strategies outlined in the approved business plan Recruit, select, train, direct, motivate, deploy and evaluate sales force to achieve set objectives To maintain a better & healthy relationship with the Distributors & Multibrand outlets by visiting them regularly Negotiate and select sizeable prime locations for Triumph’s counters in the stores to reflect the brand’s dominant position Ensure brand visibility through brand fixtures and POS material to ensure a premium brand positioning Cultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwill To develop designated markets, & manage a team of RSMs, ASM’s, SE’s Plan trade and consumer offers and promotions to drive sales To update with regards to the fit, style, & colour movement analysis given at particular market in whole to say in general the Market demand. Region wise. Furnish market intelligence reports on market environment, competitive situation, etc to enable the Company to be one step ahead of the competition Detect and advise opportunities and threats facing the Organization to enable it to adjust its strategies accordingly. To maintain a company discipline on regular basis & maintain the consistency with regard to sales & collection. Monitor multi-brand store sales to follow consumer purchase trends Local market visits to direct, motivate and evaluate sales force as well as to cultivate relationship marketing and check on competitive situation. Analyse multi-brand stores sales/stock-holding situation to identify areas of weaknesses and implement corrective measures immediately as well as exploit strengths Where practical, to work up-country with a ASM & Sales Executive for on-the-job direction, motivation and evaluation Monitor “Multibrand outlet” and execute action-plan to minimise impact of uncertainty.
