Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to drive business growth and improve market share. Qualifications Experience in sales management, including team leadership and performance monitoring Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting market research Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent communication, training, and mentoring abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the financial sector is a plus Eligibility Any regular degree. currently employed candidates.
