With its R&D center located in Noida, spread across half an acre, D&D Healthcare has the capability to research and develop high-end ICU equipment in a short time. The company has also been recognized for providing the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian Government during the COVID pandemic. Role Description This is a full-time role located in various states in India for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a regional sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales quotas, and preparing sales reports. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Medical Equipment Sales Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Critical Care Medical Equipments Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems Must Have At least 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices Good track record in sales of Medical Equipment Dealer/Distributor Connections in the Region Managed a team of at least 5 or more Knowledge of Ventilator or other ICU equipment is a plus. Completed sales target of over Rs. 2 + Crore in a financial Year
